OK fellow Kiwis- although 2004 has been drought free, we're still being lambasted to save 10% so as to prevent winter 2003 power cuts ! Brrrrr ... How about a blend of time honoured AND new millenium techniques for starters ? It's perhaps like a kind of energy "Star Wars " ?! Your Granma would be quite happy with some of these of course.
